Start in North Balmossie Street, at the end of Inchkeith Avenue.  Go north, down North Balmossie Street, and turn right, into Wyvis road.  Cross the bridge, and swing right, onto the footpath with the 'dead end' sign.  At the junction, turn left and, at the roundabout, turn right, alongside the dual carriageway.  (To avoid that stretch, take Lawers Drive, which also goes through).  At the next roundabout, turn right, into West Grange Road.  Opposite Colin Gibson Drive, turn right, onto a tarred footpath.  Go straight ahead at the path junction, and over the viaduct.  Continue straight ahead at the path junction, and cross the paved road and the tarred road.  This is North Balmossie Street:  follow it up, swinging right at the T-junction.  (To avoid the last stretch of path, which can be muddy, turn right, up the tarred road, which is Inchkeith Avenue, leading back to the start).
